College life consists of more than virtual learning or academics in a four-walled classroom. There are numerous fun and invigorating outside activities, ranging from participating in or watching athletic competitions; working out at one of the best student recreation centers ever proposed, lobbied for and supported by college students; cultural activities galore; and student clubs and Registered Independent Organizations for every department.
Athletics Complex
Houses an arena, baseball stadium, basketball courts, tennis courts, track, weight rooms, swimming pool, and a planned football field.
Cultural Activities
Serves as the hub of college and community activities at venues such as Kennedy Theatre, the Art Gallery and the John Young Museum of Art.
Intramural Sports
Conducts leagues, through Student Recreation Services, that are fun and competitive in volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball and more.
Recreational Activities
Offers sports, clubs and organizations via outdoor recreational classes that provide a safe, enjoyable way to experience Hawaiʻi.
Student Organizations

Warrior Rec Center
Serves as a 66,000-square-foot gathering place for students to get fit, keep fit or just stay active between classes.
