Students have access to quality health and counseling services on the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa campus. They include a centrally located health clinic; multiple counseling and wellness offerings; a Department of Public Safety program that provides escorts to those walking to their cars; and a UH Alert emergency notification system and other services promoting a safe, secure and informed campus.
UH Alert
Provides immediate communications and notifications to the university community, including weather-related and other urgent situations.
Counseling and Student Development Center
Offers a variety of services to support and help students to address their mental health and well-being.
University Health Services
Provides health services in general medical, women’s health, sports medicine, psychiatry, dermatology, nutrition, pharmacy and a clinical lab.
Hawaiʻi CARES
Connects callers with a free 24-hour-a-day call center providing access to counseling on mental health and substance use issues.
UH Mānoa DPS
Promotes and is responsible for a safe and secure UH Mānoa, and serving the campus community with aloha.
Campus Safety Escort
Offers vehicle transportation or a walking escort from dusk until dawn for anyone traversing the campus at night.
Mānoa Guardian
Features an app to activate a safety timer to notify DPS or trusted individuals as they walk alone on campus.
