On behalf of the CSS ʻohana, I’d like to extend a warm welcome to our students as we enter the start of a new academic year. To those who have just joined the college, we look forward to an exciting year of learning more about you, your goals and aspirations! To our continuing students, we’re elated to have you back and anticipate another great year of working together to make a difference personally, locally and globally.

As the Dean of the College, I believe that our students and graduates are unique. They are defined by a culturally diverse experience that transforms them into bold, engaged global citizens, who operate and succeed in a multi-cultural context.

A key part of this transformation are the extensive opportunities for our students to integrate academic theory with real world experiences and to network with peers and professionals through a blend of internships, mentorships, service learning and civic engagement. I encourage all CSS students to explore these, and other opportunities, offered by the College. For more information, contact ACCESS via phone at (808) 956-0661, email cssadv@hawaii.edu.

Thank you for being a part of the CSS ‘ohana. You, and your desire to affect change, break down barriers and touch lives, are what define us. Together let’s make a difference in the lives of others!
